Role in CIRCMAN5.0Within the 19-partner CIRCMAN5.0 consortium, Xgility plays a central role that spans communication, governance, and hands-on engagement with the project’s pilot sites. Most visibly, Xgility leads the project’s entire dissemination, communication, and impact creation strategy — managing the CIRCMAN5.0 website (circman5.eu), social media channels, quarterly newsletters, press releases, event coordination, and Advisory Board activities. This outreach leadership ensures that the project’s results reach industry stakeholders, policymakers, and the wider PV manufacturing community throughout Europe.
On the governance side, Xgility is responsible for developing and maintaining the project’s Data Management Plan based on FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), while ensuring full GDPR compliance and alignment with the EU AI Act’s ethics guidelines across the consortium. Xgility also designed and refined the pilot use-case scenarios across all four demonstration sites — ONYX Solar in Spain, SUNAGE in Switzerland, ASCA in Germany, and SOLITEK in Lithuania — translating each site’s technical requirements into concrete, actionable scenarios that connect research capabilities to real-world manufacturing needs.
Looking ahead to the project’s validation phase, Xgility leads co-creation activities with end-users, developing user journeys and interactive mock-ups and conducting AR/VR-based testing to ensure the CIRCMAN5.0 tools are adopted effectively on the factory floor. Beyond the consortium itself, Xgility connects CIRCMAN5.0 to broader European networks including EFFRA, IDSA, and GAIA-X, while coordinating with related Horizon Europe projects to maximise collective impact.
